Job Description :

• Coordinate the preparations of resources and reserves statements
• Ensure adherence to mine plans and schedules
• Oversee the technical mining aspects of the operations which typically include crushing, screening, conveying, stacking etc
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation
• Monitor operational  performance against budget
• Ensure all safety, legal, environmental, health and PPC standards are met
• Develop and maintain Life of Mine plans for all operations
• Coordination with all departments for mine operations
• Improve the process and systems  and prepare policies  for mines management for better efficiency

Essential Skills :

• Mine Management abilities
• Mine operation and safety focus
• B.Tech. in Mining (U/R) + MBA(Operations Mgt)
• B.Tech. in Mining (U/R) OR Second Class Mines Manager OR Certificate of U/R Mines OR suitable equivalent in Mining
