Nagpur News: A middle-aged man, who had sustained serious injuries in an accident on February 16, has succumbed to his injuries on Sunday late night. According to information, Rajnarayan Ramadhar Pathak (58), Golibar Square was going on his two-wheeler (MH 31 3251), when an auto dashed his two-wheeler near Jaripatka area. He was injured seriously.
Police rushed Rajnarayan to CIIMS hospital. He succumbed to his injuries on Sunday night.
According to information, Rajnarayan was standing near Tirpude Hospital when accused Fayazuddin Shasuddin Ansari (28), a resident of Varispura, Kamptee drove his uncontrolled authorickshaw straight to Rajnarayan’s bike.

Fearing arrest the accused fled the spot. Earlier, Jaripatka police registered a case of accidental death, but after investigation cops arrested Fayazuddin Shasuddin Ansari under the Sections 279, 304 (a) and 427 of the IPC. Further investigations are on.
