Nagpur: A middle-aged woman who was injured seriously in road mishap on March 4 succumbed on Sunday during course of treatment at a private hospital.
The deceased, Sadhna Shashikant Puradbhat (53), resident of Plot No. 15/16, Sai Apartment, Indraprastha Nagari, Sonegaon, was riding pillion on her brother’s two-wheeler on March 4 night. Around 9.15 pm, the vehicle dashed against a roadside tree on Akashwani-GPO Road. Sadhna suffered grievous injuries and was rushed to Suretech Hospital in Dhantoli. However, she succumbed to her injuries while undergoing treatment around 9.45 am on Sunday.
The deceased Sadhna was a relative of Vivek Puradbhat, senior journalist with Indian Express.
