Nagpur: A group of miscreants forcibly entered into a car parked near a posh hotel and tried to rob the owner at knife point. In the scuffle, the car owner suffered minor injuries.
The car owner Ramitsingh Bariyam Gadkhel (38), resident of Mecosabagh, was taking out his car (MH-31/DC 5216) from Vrundavan Lawn Car Parking opposite Hotel Radisson Blue Hotel around 0030 hours of Monday. Suddenly the group of miscreants entered Ramitsingh’s car and whipped out a knife. The accused later tried to snatch gold chain and other valuables from Ramitsingh at knife point. However, shouts of help forced the miscreants flee the spot. In the scuffle, Ramitsingh suffered minor injuries.

Pratap Nagar API Munde, acting on a complaint of Ramitsingh, registered an offence against the miscreants under Sections 393, 34 of IPC and searching for them.
