Nagpur: A youth, with evil designs in his mind, first established relationship with a girl through mobile talks, promised to marry her and later raped her at an abandoned house in MIHAN area, frequently.
According to police, the devilish accused Sunil Maraskolhe (24), resident of Gadchiroli, from June 2013 to August 2014, phoned the MIHAN-based 24 year old girl. With his glib talk, accused Sunil established good relationship with the girl and even promised to tie nuptial knot with her. With these promising words, Sunil exploited the girl sexually and raped her frequently at an abandoned house in MIHAN area. However, when the girl insisted the accused Sunil to marry with her as promised, he bluntly refused to do so and started avoiding her. Trapped and deceived, the girl approached Sonegaon Police Station and registered a case against the accused.
API S B Nale has now booked the accused Sunil Maraskolhe under Section 376 of IPC. Further probe is underway.
