Nagpur: Two men burst into house mother-son duo and thrashed them with hockey stick over old dispute in Pachpaoli area here on Sunday night. The son received injuries on his head, face, and legs. The two accused have been booked.
A resident of Plot No. 103, Ashok Chowk, Gurunanakpura, Manjitkaur Premsingh Dhillon (45), along with her son Manmit Singh (29), was at her house on Sunday. Around 10.30 pm, the two accused Harjindersingh Jogindersingh Dhillon (36), resident of Chal Compund, behind Moti Mahal Hotel, and a man named Suraj (around 25 years) entered Manjitkaur’s house forcibly and started abusing them. Moreover, to settle old dispute score, the two accused thrashed the mother-son duo with a hockey stick. Manmitsingh suffered injuries on his head, face and legs. While leaving the spot, the accused hurled abuses on neighbours and threatened the mother-son duo of dire consequences.
Pachpaoli PSI V M Ghongale, based on Manjitkaur’s complaint, registered a case against the two accused under Sections 326, 452, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC and investigating the matter further.
