However, when Nagpur Today spoke to the Senior Regional Manager of Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation Hanumant K Hede, he said that except for the renewal of lease of the Ramtek’s Resort issue which is pending with the High Court the lease of the other two Resorts in his jurisdiction, i.e. Khidsi Resort and Sillari Resort are up to date. The MTDC is keeping a track of their resorts in his jurisdiction and ensuring all the rules and regulations of the government are duly followed.

When Nagpur Today pointed out that a list of resorts are named in the daily with lapsed leases, yet the private party to whom it was leased out is enjoying causing loss of revenue to the government exchequer. While denying the information on the website, he said that, the website has not been updated, due to some technical problems and the information appearing is not true.
