Nagpur: A loud explosion was heard in areas adjacent to Wardha Road in Nagpur on Tuesday, July 23, between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm, sending shockwaves among citizens. The blast was felt far and wide, with residents reporting vibrations in their homes and utensils falling in some houses in Butibori.
The incident sparked widespread speculation, with some fearing an earthquake or a factory explosion under the MIDC area. However, when authorities in Butibori, Hingna, Wadi, and MIDC were contacted, they ruled out any blast incident. Police officials also denied having any information about the explosion.
Despite the district administration’s silence on the matter, eyewitnesses confirmed hearing the explosion, leaving many wondering about the source and cause of the mysterious blast.
