Nagpur: In the much-discussed Nagpur Audi car accident case, the forensic report of the driver, Arjun Haware, and passenger Ronit Chintamvar has been submitted to the police. According to reliable sources, Haware’s report indicates an alcohol level of 28 mg per 100 milliliters of blood, while Chintamvar’s blood alcohol content was recorded at 25 mg.
As per legal standards, an individual is considered under the influence of alcohol if the level exceeds 30 mg per 100 milliliters. However, concerns have been raised about the accuracy of the alcohol levels since the medical examination took place seven hours after the accident.
With the forensic report confirming alcohol presence in both individuals, it remains to be seen what further actions the police will take. Whether they officially acknowledge that Arjun Haware was driving under the influence is also yet to be determined.
