Nagpur: Cracking down on obscene dance bars being operated in the Second Capital of the State, officials of Saoner police raided an illegal dance bar near Dhapewada on Sunday night and rescued five girls from the premises besides arresting four employees of the bar.
According to police sources, information was received about young girls being made to dance in an obscene manner at Shivam Bar and Restaurant. The police raided the premises and found the information to be true.
Saoner police raided the bar arrested manager Manish alias Vikcey Premnarayan Jaiswal (32), a resident of Flat No. 17, Vastushilp Nagar, Friends Colony; waiters Rahul Vikas Ramteke (30), Tikendra Wadharao Saoji (32) and Rohitkumar Suresh Shahu (28).

The police have rescued five women and also served notices to five musicians.
Under the guidance of Superintendent of Police (SP) Vijay Magar, the arrest was made by Police Inspector (PI) Maruti Mulak and his team.
An offence was registered by Saoner police against the accused.
