Nagpur: After pleasing cinephiles across the globe, DRE7MS, a movie made by Nagpur youth Anurag Jha is set to enthral Indian audience with its online releases on MX Player and Hungama Play. DRE7MS, which deals with seven stages of grief, had already been released on Amazon Prime back in December 2021 and is being critically acclaimed.
Notably, Anurag Jha who hails from Nagpur has accumulated all the local talent right from cast to crew, musicians to technicians who played crucial roles in the success of the movie. This is Anurag’s third film after Tallukh and Teri Diwali Meri Christmas.

Starring Bhuvan Patle, Yash Krishnani, Tushar Pandey, Anurag Jha, Gayatri Fender, Hemavaishnave TS and Sushmita Dey in the prominent roles, the DRE7MS is shot in the Second Capital of the State.
In an exclusive interview with Nagpur Today, Anurag Jha discussed the various aspects of the movie DRE7MS which acutely highlights the seven stages of grief.
“The plot of DRE7MS focuses on Saanjh, the lead protagonist who experiences a traumatic loss of a colleague. Soon after which, he starts seeing a mysterious girl in his dreams which turns out to be his own subconscious. The girl later takes him through the seven stages of grief,” said Jha
Elaborating on the seven stages of grief, Anurag said, “Grief is a long process constituting Denial, Sadness, Depression, Bargain, Uplift, Acceptance and finally an Overcome. We’ve illustrated these emotions in our storyline,” he said and suggested youth to believe themselves during hard times and to avoid over-burdening of emotions, to cope with mental health issues.
Recently, a star-studded screening of DRE7MS was held in the city. Besides, the lead cast, Ashutosh Ghonge, Kunal Tonge, Prajakta Duragkar who are also playing key supportive roles in the film, were present during the screening of the movie
AnuragJha Creations is known for its soulful music albums. DRE7MS features a total seven songs including 4 soundtracks. Nikhil Sahu, B. Nihan and Sahiel composed the music of the movie while Nikhil Sahu and Sakshi Jatade gave vocals to the songs. Director, Producer Ajnurag Jha has written the lyrics for the movie.
The film has served the US/UK audience before releasing worldwide. Director Anurag Jha’s previous projects like Tallukh and Teri Diwali Meri Christmas also followed the same release pattern and did well in terms of the box office collection.
