Nagpur – Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, announced on Saturday that Nagpur residents will soon receive a unique gift: an ‘Oxygen Park’ dedicated to providing fresh air and a ‘Bird Park’ entirely for birds. This new park is set to open next month.

Speaking at an event organized by the Senior Citizens’ Association, Gadkari also inaugurated a new electric bus dedicated to senior citizens for pilgrimage and tourism. This air-conditioned bus, provided by Jayka Motors, was handed over to Gadkari by the company’s managing director, Kumar Kale.

Gadkari shared details about the ‘Oxygen Park,’ which has been developed by the National Highways Authority on the Outer Ring Road near Jamtha. This park, a brainchild of Gadkari, will include a café, a cycling track, and fruit trees solely for birds. He emphasized that only birds will have access to these fruits.
