Nagpur Round Table 83’s Medical Camp Marks a Significant Start to 900th Meet Celebrations

Nagpur: Nagpur Round Table 83 (NRT 83) initiated a powerful medical camp drive on January 13th, 2024, commemorating their upcoming 900th meet. The event unfolded at Lt. Col. VD Paranjape Memorial Upper Primary School in Dharampeth, Khare Town, Nagpur, developed under the Freedom through Education (FTE) program.

This health initiative, targeting medical assessments for a total of 900 students across various FTE schools, began with a dedicated event at Lt. Col. VD Paranjape Memorial Upper Primary School. The health check-ups were conducted by a proficient team from Swargiya Dadasaheb Kalmegh Smriti Dental College and Hospital, comprising experienced dentists, general physicians, and support staff.

In the initial phase focusing on students from class 1 to 7, the medical camp successfully delivered health assessments to 270 young learners at Lt. Col. VD Paranjape Memorial Upper Primary School. The remaining 630 students will receive medical care in the coming weeks through similar camps organized at other FTE schools in Nagpur.

Stationary items for all participating students were generously sponsored by Sq. Leg Rahul Soni, while Mrs. Harneet Singh sponsored fruit juice for all 270 students attending the camp, adding a refreshing touch to the health initiative.
