Nagpur: A 45-year-old woman and her son were stabbed by a neighbour at Vaishali Nagar on Hingna Road on Tuesday as he was angry with the victims for sheltering his wife.

Dinesh Akode, 32, was miffed with Mohini Tiwari and her son Rohit for helping his wife take shelter at their residence whenever he harassed her. Akode had tried to barge inside the residence of the Tiwari family, trying to see whether they had sheltered his wife When Rohit objected, he was stabbed by Akode.
