Nagpur: The Lakadganj Zone of Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) seized 11 open plots of land for the recovery of Rs 7.97 lakh Property Tax dues from the defaulters. During the drive launched by NMC on June 20, 11 open plots of Vijay Coop Housing Society in Bhandewadi were seized. The plot numbers are 11 to 16, 19, 20, 21, 25, and 26.
The NMC has warned the Society to clear the Property Tax dues before June 30, 2024 or the seized plots will be auctioned to recover the dues of Rs 7.97 lakh, a press release issued by Assistant Commissioner/Ward Officer, Lakadganj Zone said.
