Nagpur News: The NMC’s Enforcement Department carried out anti-encroachment drive in Nehru Nagar Zone-5 on Tuesday. The NMC Squad demolished structures illegally constructed on parking place by partners of Shiva Infrastructures Chandrakant Ramdas Gaiki and Vyankatesh Chandrashekhar Pillai at Plot No. 813 Nandanwan Layout, Near Pandav College Nagpur. The NMC had issued a notice to the landlords under Sections 5(1) of the Town Planning Act.
Similarly, the NMC Squad demolished the structure built on parking place by Madhuri Tijare, Harsh Apartment, Ganesh Nagar on Great Nag Road, Nagpur. She was also issued notice by the NMC under Sections 5(1) of the Town Planning Act.
The anti-encroachment drive was conducted under the guidance of Assistant Commissioner Harish Raut by Sub-Engineer Hedau, Public Works Department, employees of Enforcement Department and Police.
