NMC’s two schools awarded ISO Certificate

In a cheering news, two schools of Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) have been awarded ISO 9001-2015 Standard Certificate. The Education Department of the civic body had proposed eight schools for the honour but initially only two schools were awarded the ISO certification.

The two schools are Pannalal Devadia Hindi Middle School and Vivekanand Nagar Hindi Middle School. A function to award the ISO Certificate to these two schools will be held on Tuesday (December 27) in the presence of Mayor Pravin Datke, Ruling Party Leader Dayashankar Tiwari and Chairman of Education Committee Gopal Bohre.

The function at Pannalal Devadia Hindi Middle School will be held at 10 am while it will be held at 1 pm at Vivekanand Nagar Hindi Middle School. It is the first time in the history of NMC that its two schools are being awarded ISO Certification.
