Nagpur: OCW announces its transition to a new office space, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey. As part of this transition, we have meticulously planned the shifting of IT devices and network links to ensure a seamless transition for our operations.
The shifting activity is scheduled to take place on February 10th, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During this time, there will be temporary downtime, and our 24X7 call center operation will not be accessible. We request patience & understanding for any inconvenience that may cause our valued customers that we are taking all necessary measures to minimize disruption.
While the call center operation is temporarily unavailable, consumers can still avail themselves of our services by visiting the respective zone offices. Our dedicated team will be available at these locations to assist customers with their queries and needs.
