Nagpur: In a good news to unemployed youths from the region, an organization has been founded in Nagpur that will provide job opportunities to hundreds of youths in factories and companies in in Vidarbha itself. The organization, Youth Force Employment Services, has been founded by Sardar Micky Baxi, Founder President of Youth Forces Foundation. The organization was inaugurated by noted Labour Law Consultant Adv Dinesh Kawde recently.

Baxi said that at present, in almost all factories and industries in Vidarbha, workforce of skilled and unskilled workers is being supplied by private contractors from outside the State. These contractors accord first priority to workers from other states. This practice is depriving the skilled and unskilled workers of Vidarbha the job opportunities. In this situation, the newly formed Youth Force Employment Services will make efforts to provide jobs to local youths according to their eligibilities, stated Baxi.

He further said that following no job opportunities for local unemployed youths in Vidarbha there is an exodus of them to Mumbai/Pune and other cities and other states as well. Today, the well-educated youths of Vidarbha are deserting their homes in the quest for jobs at other places. This exodus will be stopped by providing job opportunities to local youths in Vidarbha itself and the Youth Force Employment Services will assist them in this endeavour, claimed Baxi.
