Nagpur: Ms. Sakhi Prarthana Chandramani Patil clinched the prestigious title of ‘ORATOR OF THE YEAR – 2022’, while Mr. Mohd. Owais Shahnaz Iqbal Anjum secured the title of ‘ORATOR OF THE YEAR – 2023′ in a fiercely contested event organized by Dr. Sanjay C. Raghatate’s renowned OXFORD SPEAKERS’ ACADEMY, renowned for its English Speaking & Personality Development programs. The event took place on 18th February 2024 at Amrut Bhawan, Andhra Association Hall, Nagpur.
The winners were awarded a Badge, Sash, Trophy, and Certificate. Additionally, other outstanding contestants received accolades such as Best Content for Tejaswini Shrivastava (Year 2022) and Nikita Bondre (Year 2023), Best Appearance for Chetna Ukey (Year 2022) and Suchita Shivankar (Year 2023), and Socially Responsible awards for Sushant Ghatol (Year 2023) & Vaibhav Makde (Year 2023).

The theme of the eloquence contest was ‘We are living in VR’, and it witnessed intense competition among 17 contestants who showcased their oratory skills for 5 minutes before a large audience.
The academy, recognizing the increasing demand for polished personalities and refined presentation styles, regularly organizes such contests, providing ample opportunities for budding talents to flourish. The 17 contestants were selected from the Orators of the Month spanning January 2022 to December 2022 & January 2023 to December 2023, chosen through monthly eloquence contests with approximately 200 speakers participating each month.
The event was graced by Chief Guest Hon. Pravin Jadhao, and Guests of Honor Hon. Devanshu Patel Sir and Hon. Shailesh Deshpande Sir. Hon. Neha S. Raghatate was prominently present on the stage. The judging panel comprised Hon. Archana S. Patil, Hon. Mohd. Israil, Hon. Amit Gandhi, Hon. Vijay Rajput, Hon. Ambrish Sharma, Hon. Vivek Murarka, and Hon. VedPrakash Kumar, who evaluated the contestants based on subject matter, body language, variety of examples, and presentation skills.
Dr. Vijaya Chandrakant Raghatate, Founder & President of the Academy, welcomed the guests, while Executive Director Dr. Sanjay C. Raghatate proposed a vote of thanks. Shriya Raghatate and Diksha Patel conducted the proceedings of the contest, coordinated by Pawan Kumbhare.
