Peace India’s blood camp on Dec 22

Social organization Peace India is organizing a blood donation camp as part of Vijay Diwas celebrations here on December 22.

The camp will be organized from 11 am to 2 pm at Rainbow Blood Bank, near Meditrina Hospital in Ramdaspeth. Co founders of Peace India Sanjeet Bezalwar and Shreyas Holay said that the camp is being organized with an aim to create awareness among people regarding blood donation. “People are afraid of donating blood. We, through this camp, want to remove this fear from their minds,” they said.

Another co founder of the organization Trupti Ingole said that one donor can save lives of four people. “I request people to come forward to donate blood, because no one can live without blood and it cannot be manufactured in any factory,” she said.
