Pedestrian looted of Rs 1.36 lakh in Kalamna

Nagpur News : Waylayers looted a pedestrian under Kalamna police station area on Thursday and took away his bag carrying gold ornaments worth Rs 1.36 lakh.

The complainant Vijay Anandrao Dibe (51) who is a resident of Nandanvan slums was on foot heading towards home. Two unknown pedestrians came from behind Mahajanpura Road, in front of Dhande Saloon and snatched away a bag he carried in his hand. Vijay, in his complaint, stated that the bag contained gold ornaments worth Rs 1.36 lakh.

Kalamna police have registered an offence under Sections 392 and 34 of the IPC against the waylaers and started their investigations.
