Nagpur: A 20-year old youth was arrested by MIDC police for trying to film a woman while she was taking a bath at her house on Saturday.
The accused was identified as Nikhil Laxman Aade (20), a resident of MIDC.

According to police, the 30-year-old married woman was taking a bath in the bathroom of her house on Saturday afternoon. She spotted someone holding a mobile phone outside the bathroom’s ventilator and alerted her mother-in-law who immediately went behind the bathroom. After seeing the mother-in-law, Nikhil vanished from the spot. The elderly woman identified the youth and narrated the incident to the police.
MIDC police registered the case under Sections 354 (K) of Indian Penal Code read with Section 66 (d) of Information Technology Act. The peeping tom was immediately arrested and slapped with charges of outraging modesty of a woman.
