Recently, Dr. Atul Ingole, MD and CEO, and Mrs. Shital Ingole, Director of Operations, visited Georgia for 10 days to solidify this collaboration. They visited five hospitals affiliated with Avicenna University and toured its college campus. A delegation of 17 prominent education consultants from across India, including Dr. Ingole and Mrs. Ingole, attended an important educational meeting in Georgia. The meeting, hosted by Avicenna University and BAU International University, Batumi, focused on educational concerns and opportunities for Indian students in Georgia.
During their visit, Dr. Ingole and Mrs. Ingole were warmly welcomed by the administrators of Avicenna and BAU International Universities. They attended the graduation ceremony at BAU International University, where 128 Indian students successfully completed their MBBS with excellent results. The event was a vibrant celebration of academic achievement and cultural diversity.
Comprehensive Campus Tours and Facility Inspections
The delegation’s itinerary included a comprehensive tour of Avicenna University and its five affiliated hospitals, renowned for their excellence in medical education and healthcare in Batumi, Georgia. They also visited the BAU University campus and student hostels, interacting directly with Indian students currently enrolled in various programs.
Opportunities for Aspiring Medical Students
Dr. Atul Ingole expressed his enthusiasm for the opportunities available to Indian students in Georgia. He highlighted the practical clinical courses offered from the first year of medical studies, facilitated by the university’s own hospitals. “This is a great opportunity for students who have scored less in NEET and cannot afford the high fees of private medical colleges in India,” Dr. Ingole stated.
