Nagpur: Mohnish Jabalpure files petition in JMFC court for dispute over the use of Hindu Rashtra in the daily prayer Namaste Sada Vatsale in RSS.

The petitioner says that in the prayer of RSS which is recited daily in their branches, it is pronounced as ‘We the Hindu Rashtra salute you with respect’ whereas our country is run according to the Constitution and in the Constitution our country is secular and we have to follow our religion. We have the right to propagate but there is no rule to impose our religion on anyone else’s religion. If the demand for a Hindu nation continues to rise like this, then sooner or later we will be moving towards civil war.

The person petitioning for the mention of Hindu Rashtra in this prayer song first filed a petition in the Nagpur Kotwali police station and also gave the entire Purvi as proof, but the Kotwali police station rejected the petition saying that the prayer was made before independence. Everyone has the right to propagate religion in the Constitution, and at the end of the prayer they say Bharat Mata Ki Jai, but on this, the petitioner filed a review complaint at the police station Kotwali and the petitioner, Mohnish Jabalpure, Answered on all the issues that if this prayer is before independence, then after independence the Constitution of India came into force and the country started running according to the Constitution, then in such a situation, does the RSS not believe in secularism which is called the soul of the country’s Constitution? Doesn’t believe in the Constitution..?

By saying unconstitutional sentence and saying Bharat Mata ki Jai at the end, is it not an insult to the Constitution i.e. to Mother India..?

Article 25 allows us to propagate our religion and does not allow us to impose our religion on others.
Any kind of such sentences are working to break the unity and integrity of the country and will do so in the future too, hence Mohnish Jabalpure, who is petitioning, has taken the stand of the court after seeing no action being taken from the police station. Advocate Santosh Chauhan is advocating in his petition. do
