New Delhi: Union Human Resource Development Minister Prakash Javadekar’s mother Rajani died on Tuesday after suffering a cardiac arrest, an aide of the minister said. She was 92-year-old.
She breathed her last at 9 AM at the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in the national capital, he added.
The cremation will take place at Nigam Bodh Ghat.

Expressing condolences to Javadekar, Union Minister Mahesh Sharma said, “Saddened to hear the demise of beloved mother of Prakash Javdekar Ji. My heartfelt condolences. May her divine soul rest in peace.”
She is survived by two sons and a daughter, the aide said.
She was a primary school teacher in Zilla Parishad schools in Maharashtra’s Raigad and Pune districts.
