Nagpur: President Droupadi Murmu awarded Major General Sanjay Kumar Vidyarthi of The Corps of Engineers, GOC UM&G Sub Area, Nagpur, with the prestigious Ati Vishisht Seva Medal during a ceremony held on Tuesday at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
