Priyadarshani J.L College of Pharmacy won the Kshitij Pharma Cricket Tournament Title which was organized by Nagar Yuvak Shikshan Sanstha’s Sharad Pawar College of Pharmacy Nagpur at Shri Datta Meghe Polytechnic Ground.
The final match was played between Priyadarshani J.L College of Pharmacy and Sharad Pawar College of Pharmacy where Priyadarshani J.L College of Pharmacy claimed the victory by winning Kshitij Pharma Cup. Sharad Pawar College of Pharmacy earned the 2nd position and IPER Borgaon Meghe College of Pharmacy Wardha notched the 3rd position in the finals of Kshitij Pharma Cricket Tournament. This tournament which began on October 26 and concluded on October 29, 2013. The matches were not only entertaining where the players and the on-lookers had pure fun. This also gave an opportunity to the on-looking and cheering teams to get to know one another and exchange notes with each other. If the match did lack something, it was a petty and competitive spirit. It was a friendly match where the winners and the losers had equal share of fun and entertainment.

Almost 10 Pharmacy colleges had participated in this tournament comprising of Priyadarshani J.L College of Pharmacy Nagpur, Sharad Pawar College of Pharmacy Nagpur, Department of P Centical Science Nagpur, Sonekar College of Pharmacy Koradi, R.G Bhoyar College of Pharmacy Wardha, Agnihotri College of Pharmacy Wardha, Gurunanak College of Pharmacy Nagpur, IPER Borgaon Meghe College of Pharmacy Wardha, Smt. Kishoritai Bhoyar College of Pharamacy Kamptee, Dadasaheb Balpandhe College of Pharmacy Nagpur.
The inaugration of the tournament was done by Ranji Player Shri Pravin Hengankar and in his speech he said that to achieve the success in the game like cricket one should put his all efforts and dedication in the game like God of Cricket Sachin Tebdulkar.
Other dignitaries present in the inaugural function were Dr. Durudkar, Prof. Alaspur, Prof. A.A Roy and Sports Incharge Prof. Dangre from Sharad Pawar College of Pharmacy.
The prizes were distributed by Secretary of Nagar Yuwak Shikshan Sansthan Sameer Meghe, Principal of Yeshwantrao Engineering College Prof. Waghe and Principal of Sharad Pawar College of Pharmacy.
The sponsors for the match were Scissors, Attich, Mansi Celebration, Pawan Restaurant, Neo Life, Navnath Polyclinic Hospital, Rainbow Boy Hostel, Jaihind and Shabana Bakery.
