Nagpur: Sitabuldi police have registered a case of molestation against a notorious property dealer Sanjay Ladwan on the charges levelled by his female employee.
The 25 year old woman who worked at Ladwan’s office had reportedly approached him for getting her payment dues in May 3. There the two got into wordy dual in which Ladwan used abusive language for her. The woman complained that Ladwan called her on May 13 and warned her against going to police. He also threatened her of implicating in false case if she approaches police and also hurled abuses at her.
Acting on the woman’s complaint, Sitabuldi police have registered case against Ladwan under sections 354 (A)(2), 294, 506 IPC. Meanwhile Ladwan was said to have gone underground.
