Nagpur News: A 37-year-old property dealer was brutally killed by a gang of four youths inside the Seven Hills Bar and Restaurant, besides Bollywood centre point Restaurant, near Sakkardara Lake on Thursday evening.
Bhagwan Nagar resident Rajendra Maratrao Gawande was stabbed around 50 times within three months by four assailants.
According to prima facie investigation, police informed that Gawande was called by the assailants at the bar around 5.15 pm. The bar owner Narayan Talliwar told police that the attackers didn’t even allowed Gawande to sit and started an argument near the counter.
For more than ten minutes, they had a heated argument. However, Talliwar interrupted to calm down the situation but was thrashed back. Before Talliwar could inform police, assailants close the bar door and repeatedly attacked Gawande causing his death on the spot.
The murders flee the spot while Ganwande was lying in the pool of blood near counter. Talliwar immediately called Sakkardara police. Search for the murderers in still underway. A murder case has been registered.
