R-Day Rash Driving : Traffic cops seize 58 bullets, 289 vehicles; Parents being called

Nagpur: The Republic Day rage remained high among the youth who often fails to identify the fine line between hooliganism and expressing the gesture of liberty. This year too was no exception in Nagpur.

The youth stormed out in large numbers on their rashly driven two-wheelers, whimsically laden with flags and worsened with unwanted sloganeering.

Whether Republic Day or not, the incidents of rash driving among youth and teenagers are certainly on the rise in Nagpur.

“We are not relieving these vehicles without parents. We require their documents also for our records which included aadhar card, mobile number etc.”

The action has come at a time when the busy streets in the city are increasingly being marred by the careless rash drivers who not only risk their lives but also take other commuters for a ride.
