At the installation of new team for 2024-25 of Lady Entrepreneurs’ Wing of Vidarbha Industries Association was held at VIA Auditorium, Nagpur today. Rashmi Kulkarni unanimously re-elected as new Chairperson and Yogita Deshmukh as Secretary of VIA LEW for 2024-25.

On this occasion, five lady entrepreneurs shared their success stories and business journeys with the participants were Shubhalaxmi Vazalwar, Distributor of Tupperware Vidharbha region, Payal Parekh, Co-owner – Jay Silver Art Jewellers, Mrinal Dani, Proprietor Mauli Creations and gifting solutions and Swati Gadewar, Floral Artist of It’s New Always, which was motivating and inspirational for others.
Earlier, Rashmi Kulkarni in her welcome address shared her journey of her last year as Chairperson of the Wing, she highlighted the major events conducted which boost the morale of lady entrepreneurs as well as aspiring.
Suresh Agrawal, Past President of VIA and Coordinator – VIALEW announced the names of new team and said LEW team is doing so well since inception and seen tremendous progress in their ventures, he also appreciated the LEW for good learning programs based on current scenario and trends.
Vishal Agrawal, President – VIA congratulated the LEW Team and appreciated the lady entrepreneurs for extraordinary work they have been doing for past so many years. He advised ladies to more focus on marketing, communication for the growth of their businesses. His expectation from the new team is that they would work for the growth and development of aspiring and existing lady entrepreneurs.
Newly re-elected Chairperson Rashmi Kulkarni, expressed thanks for bestowing faith in her and elected as chairperson for 2024-25. She further said this year we will be planning activities based on promotion of Govt Schemes, providing platform to aspiring ladies, connecting lady to grow and scale up their business activities with LEW etc.
Yogita Deshmukh, Secretary of VIA LEW proposed a vote of thanks. Program was largely attended by LEW Members, lady entrepreneurs, and start-ups.
