Results of Chartered Accountants Final & Intermediate Exam, May 2024 declared

Nagpur: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on Thursday, July 11, announced the results of the Chartered Accountants Final & Intermediate Examination held in May, 2024. In the May final examination, 1,16,072 candidates were admitted and 20,446 students successfully qualified as Chartered Accountants. The exam was held across 484 centres.

Shivam Mishra of New Delhi topped the exam by scoring 500 marks with pass percentage being 83.33%. Varsha Arora of Delhi is the second topper with 480 marks with a pass percentage of 80%. The All India Third Rank was shared by Kiran Rajendra Singh Manral of Mumbai and Ghilman Saalim Ansari of Navi Mumbai. Both scored 477 marks with pass percentage being 79.50%.

In Group I of Chartered Accountants Final Examination, 74887 candidates appeared out of which 20479 passed with a pass percentage of 27.35%. In Group II, 58891 candidates appeared and 21408 passed with a pass percentage of 36.35%. In both groups, 35819 candidates appeared and 7122 passed with a pass percentage of 19.88%.

Top three rank holders of Intermediate Examination on All India Basis:

Kushagra Roy of Bhiwandi bagged the first rank with 538 marks. His pass percentage is 89.67%. The second rank was shared by Yug Sachin Kariya of Akola and Yagya Lalit Chandak of Bhayandar. Both scored identical 526 marks with pass percentage being 87.67%. The All India Third Rank was also shared by Manit Singh Bhatia of New Delhi and Hiresh Kashiramka of Mumbai. Both scored 519 marks with the pass percentage of 86.50%.

In the Intermediate examination, 2, 06, 410 candidates were admitted and exams were held across 590 centres.

In Group I, 117764 candidates appeared and 31978 passed at the pass percentage of 27.15%. In Group II, 71145 candidates appeared and 13008 passed with a pass percentage being 18.28%. in Both Groups, 59956 candidates appeared and 11041 passed. The pass percentage is 18.42%.

On this occasion CA. Ranjeet Kumar Agarwal, President ICAI, congratulated the toppers and all students for qualifying one of the toughest examinations in the country. The results and the details of marks of the Final & Intermediate Examination are hosted on the website www.icai.nic.in . For accessing the result at the above mentioned website, the student shall have to enter his Registration No. or PIN No. along with his Roll Number.
