Nagpur: In a major development, the Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court on Tuesday has granted bail to Sunil Kedar, Congress MLA and former minister, who was earlier handed a five-year rigorous imprisonment term and fined Rs 10 lakh in connection to the Rs 150 crore Nagpur District Central Cooperative Bank (NDCCB) scam.
