RTO administrative officer, Pradeep Lehgaonkar, lodged a police complaint against an unidentified youth for allegedly thrashing him and ransacking the office on Tuesday evening.
Lehgaonkar claimed that around 7 pm, a youth came to his office and abused him. He told police that the youth ransacked his office and threw a chair on him. He claimed that the youth threatened him not to interfere in their work.
Police sources informed that the scene took place over an old rivalry with a RTO agent.
