Rajesh Bagdi to be new Treasurer of city unit of the party.
Nagpur: In a major political move, the city unit of Bharatiya Janata Party on Thursday announced appointment of new General Secretaries and Treasurer for the city organization. In a meeting, held at Dhantoli-based Divisional Office and presided over by City President Sudhakar Kohale, the new General Secretaries appointed are Sandeep Joshi, Bhojraj Dumbe, Sandeep Jadhav and Kishore Palandurkar while Rajesh Bagdi was appointed Treasurer. Similarly, Prabhakar Yeole and Pramod Pendke were appointed Sampark Pramukhs of the party. Speaking on the occasion, Kohale said that the new team of BJP will work more vigorously for strengthening the party under the able guidance of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.
Kohale further said that the full-fledged new Executive will be named soon. The other leaders of the party who attended the crucial meeting include MLAs Sudhakar Deshmukh, Krushna Khopde, Vikas Kumbhare, Dr Milind Mane, MLCs Girish Vyas, Anil Sole, Mayor Pravin Datke, Vidarbha Region Secretary Dr Upendra Kothekar, Organizing Secretary Shrikant Deshpande, Central Nagpur Mandal President Krushna Kawle, East Mandal President Mahendra Raut, South Mandal President Sanjay Thakre, West Mandal President Kishan Gawande, North Mandal President Dilip Gaur, South-West Mandal President Prakash Bhoyar and other senior office-bearers.
