Maratha activist Manoj Jarange Patil has made serious allegations against Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Patil accused Fadnavis of orchestrating encounters against him. He stated, “All these encounters are carried out by Devendra Fadnavis, and if you have so much courage, come to the field.” This strong accusation was made by Jarange against Fadnavis.
To determine the future course of the Maratha movement, Manoj Jarange Patil has called for a meeting. During this meeting, Patil launched a fierce attack on Devendra Fadnavis. He stated, “I am not for any party or against any party. Even when Uddhav Thackeray’s government was in power, I spoke out against them, albeit in harsh language. Now it’s their turn, and I have made it clear.”
Moreover, Patil asserted, “I do not hold anyone responsible for the division within the Maratha community. However, the government has conceded to 10% reservation. And we demand reservation from OBCs. This has been achieved by the Maratha community alone, as stated by Jarange at this time.”
“All of this is done solely by Devendra Fadnavis. The fracture among Marathas has resurfaced, and it is their dream to end this division. If it has to end, it must end by Marathas themselves. Even Eknath Shinde has a few people. Ajit Pawar also has two MLAs, which is the serious accusation leveled by Jarange Patil.”
“They don’t let it happen naturally, and they impose a penalty of 10% on Marathas, and this poor (Manoj Jarange) is not allowed to happen. This poor shouldn’t finish here; otherwise, the game will have to be played. It will have to be defamed or killed by starvation. Even by giving poison through saline… That’s why I closed the saline at midnight. Even this encounter will have to be done,” Patil asserted.
“Devendra Fadnavis is so arrogant, isn’t he? After the meeting, I will come to Sagar Bangla, beat me up, show me. Do you want to take my life? I will come to Sagar Bangla, but I cannot sell the honesty of society,” Jarange confidently stated.
