Social Wing of Nagpur crime branch has on Friday busted a sex haunt allegedly being operated by a man and a woman in a house at Jaiprabhu layout in Shilpa Society at Manish Nagar. In a planned raid, the officials laid a siege at the house and nabbed three girls and a woman from the spot. The officials have sent a man disguising as the customer and caught them in the act. Interestingly, two of the arrested women were also nabbed in the previous raids at Glu Salon Parlour in Dhantoli and another such beauty parlour at Bajaj Nagar some time back. The two reportedly informed the cops of their poor financial status that helplessly dragged them into this profession.

The crime branch officials had received the complaints of unusual activities at this house, said to be owned by Raikwar who resides in Narendra Nagar. Raikwar has reportedly rented out the house to Kavita (name changed) and her accomplice Raj Nimbalkar who resides at Rameshwari. Kavita, 28, reportedly hails from Saoner and has been into sex trade for quite some years. She has also involved few such girls into this business and catered to their known customers. The people residing in the nearby areas knew of the activities and complained the matter to the crime branch which chalked out the plan to catch them red-handed.
The cops sent a punter in the garb of the customer and the deal was done at Rs 1000. As the punter took the girl to the room, the sleuths appeared like a bolt from the blue.
The arrested girls are aged between 18 to 22 years. Police did not rule out the possibility of their links with inter-state sex racket.
There were two rooms inside the house and also an advertisement was placed at the entrance that reads out “plots available on easy installment” along with the address and mobile number that was deliberately placed to attract the customers to that place.
