Nagpur: The Social Security Department of the city’s Crime Branch busted a sex racket operating at Dua Continental Hotel in Sadar on Tuesday. The police arrested a couple who were luring women into prostitution by offering them money. During the operation, the police rescued two women.
The arrested couple has been identified as Alka Indrajit Hedau (28) and Indrajit Jagdish Hedau (36), both residents of 46 Kharakhadi Mohalla, near Subhash Chandra Hospital, Tehsil.

According to information, the SSB team led by PI Kavita Isrkar received a tip-off about the sex racket operating at the hotel in Sadar. After verification, the police raided the hotel around 2 PM on Tuesday. During the operation, the police arrested the husband and wife.
Meanwhile, Sadar Police have registered a case against the accused couple and initiated further investigation.
