Nagpur: On Sunday, as the dusk fell, the blue skies shy away to wore a charming black tone complimented by the shining moon light and the people across the city were soaked into Kojagiri – an event to mark Sharad Poornima.
Kojagiri, the traditional practice of boiling milk under full moon light, was observed with fervour and revelry at various places in the city.
It is believed that the moon extracts out amrut – the holy essence into the milk which gets medicinal properties as well.
