Shiv Sena deputy vibhag pramukh shot at in Mumbai

MUMBAI/NAGPUR: A Shiv Sena deputy vibhag pramukh of Kashimira was allegedly shot at by unknown men on Tuesday evening.

Police said that Anil Chavan (35) was fired at near his Sai Krupa complex, Janata Nagar by two unidentified assailants who came on a motorbike at around 8.15pm.

Preliminary reports suggest that one round was fired at Chavan. The bullet hit his head. He is being treated in a local hospital.
