Sitabuldi cops hand over stolen and seized mobile phones to owners

Nagpur: Sitabuldi police in Nagpur handed over 35 stolen and recovered mobile phones, worth Rs 4 lakh, to the rightful owners at a function organised at the Police Station on Monday, August 29.

In February 2022, Sitabuldi police had returned 70 mobile phones worth Rs 5 lakh to the original owners. The cops have returned a total 105 mobile phones worth Rs 9 lakh to the owners in the year 2022 so far.

The mobile phones were handed over by Senior PI Atul Sabnis, PI Amol Kachore, API Santosh Kadam, PSI Kailash Magar, constable Rameshwar Gite, NPC Sandeep Bhokre, police sepoys Prashant Bhoyar, Raman Khaire, and Vikramsingh Thakur.
