Gives free volleyball coaching to students
Nagpur : Sonu Bethekar of Ramtek won gold medal in 5 km walking event and silver in steeplechase run and long jump event respectively in 3rd state level adult competition held at Dr Ambedkar University, Aurangabad on 16 and 17 December 2022 in under 35 age group.

Three years ago, with the inspiration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, state-level and national-level competitions were started with the aim of keeping middle-aged and older people healthy. Healthy India Beautiful India is the idea behind the initiative. Sonu Bethekar will participate in the national level games to be held in Uttar Pradesh in February.
It is also noteworthy here that Sonu Bethekar also gives free coaching to students for volleyball. His well wishers congratulated him and wished him luck for the upcoming tournaments.
