Nagpur: In what could be mentioned as shock, a government organization looking after Cultural affairs and promoting folk arts and folk dances, suddenly came under CBI scanner.
On May 18, 2015, the CBI officials swooped down into the premises and are said to be conducting an investigation. Sources claimed that they are investigating into some lacuna or fraud committed by the officials in the accounts in the year 2012.
The officials are said to be in the director chambers for many hours. The staff of South Central Zone Cultural Centre has been directed to continue their work and not to converse with anyone in the mobile phones.

Till the time of filing the report, the CBI officials have not briefed the media personnel about the raid.
