Nagpur: Ahead of Dussehra and Diwali later, Central Railway has announced special trains to tackle the heavy rush of travellers to Pune and Mumbai to and fro Nagpur. There is mad rush around Diwali, especially for Pune, as only one direct train ex-Nagpur is available while the other Maharashtra and weekly train ex-Bilaspur are not any option for local travellers.
Central Railway has also announced Nagpur-Samastipur-Nagpur weekly Superfast Special (6 Trips).
01209 Nagpur-Pune Superfast AC special will leave Nagpur at 19.40 hrs on every Saturday from October 26 to November 9 and will arrive Pune at 11.25 hrs next day.
01210 Pune-Nagpur Superfast AC special will leave Pune at 15.50 hrs on Sunday from October 27 to November 10 and will arrive in Nagpur at 06.30 hrs next day.
The halts would be Wardha, Dhamangaon, Akola, Shegaon, Malkapur, Bhusaval, Manmad, Kopargaon, Belapur, Ahmednagar, Daund Chord Line and Uruli. The composition: 8 Sleeper, 2 Three Tier, 6 General, 2 SLRs = Total 18
LTT-Nagpur-LTT weekly Superfast Special (4 Trips)
02139 LTT-Nagpur Super-fast special will leave LTT at 00.25 hrs on every Thursday from October 31 to November 7 and will arrive in Nagpur at 15.30 hrs same day.
02140 Nagpur-LTT Superfast special will leave Nagpur at 13.30 hrs on Friday from November 1 to 8 and will reach LTT at 04.10 hrs next day.
Halts: Thane, Kalyan, Nashik Road, Manmad, Bhusaval, Malkapur, Shegaon, Akola, Murtijapur, Badnera, Dhamangaon, Wardha.

01207 Nagpur-Samastipur Superfast special will leave Nagpur at 10.40 hrs on every Wednesday from October 30 to November 13 and will reach Samastipur at 21.30 hrs same day.
01208 Samastipur-Nagpur Superfast special will leave Samastipur at 23.45 hrs on Thursday from October 31 to November 14 and will arrive in Nagpur at 07.00 hrs next day.
Halts: Betul, Itarsi, Bhopal, Bina, Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi, Kanpur Central Jn, Aish Bagh Jn, Barabanki Jn, Gonda, Basti, Gorakhpur, Chapra, Hajipur Jn, Muzaffarpur.
