Scheduled to commence on Wednesday, February 21, and conclude on March 11, the HSC examinations come with strict guidelines. A circular from the Board stipulates that students with sessions starting at 11 am must be in their respective examination rooms by 10:30 am, while those with sessions at 3 pm are required to arrive by 2:30 pm. Any student arriving after the distribution of question papers will be barred from entering the examination hall.

To bolster the integrity of the examinations, 13 flying squads have been deployed across the Nagpur division, encompassing six districts, including Chandrapur, Gondia, Bhandara, Wardha, Gadchiroli, and Nagpur.

The State Board is resolute in conducting the examinations in a fair manner, implementing various measures to ensure error-free and copy-free proceedings. The district administration has been entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing this process. Collector Dr. Vipin Itankar has reiterated that strict action will be taken against any instances of mass copying or unfair means, holding the concerned Centre Heads, Headmasters, or teachers accountable.

Dr. Itankar emphasized the importance of maintaining a supportive environment for students during the examination period. The presence of photocopy centers within 100 meters of examination centers has been prohibited to thwart any attempts at malpractice. Additionally, the Board has appointed counselors to provide guidance and support to students facing exam-related stress or depression. However, students and parents are advised not to seek examination-related details from counselors, as their contact information is available on the official website of the Board.
