State Govt hikes cow milk price by Rs 2

Nagpur News: The Maharashtra Government has increased the price of cow milk by Rs 2 to be effective from November 25. Now the Government Milk Scheme’s cow milk will be priced at Rs 32 per litre and Rs 16 for half litre. However, the milk will be distributed in the polythene packets bearing print of old price till the new polythene packets are made available but with new price.

The General Manager of Government Milk Scheme has appealed the ex-dairy purchasers, Aarey Sarita Milk customers and wholesalers to take note of the hiked price of cow milk.
