Nagpur: Students of grades 6 to 8 of the Achievers School, Nagpur were given a platform to showcase their creative and artistic skills in a Still Life Drawing Competition.
Still-Life drawings are those of non-living objects, arranged in a specific way, to create meaning or a visual effect. They are a great way to practice creating shapes and building three-dimensional forms through shading techniques of realistic lighting.
One has to use many different skills while working on this sort of drawing. The students indeed became deeply engrossed in bringing out the nuances of reality on paper and dabbling with colours in media of their choice.
