A National Symposium and competition on manufacturing, maintenance, rehabilitation and over handling of commercial and defence aircraft for students was organized at Priyadarshini College of engineering for three days recently.
While inaugurating the event V M Nanoti introduced the legacy of their college, Union minister for Road Transport, Highway, shipping and water resourse, Nitin Gadkari, Air Vice Marshal S P Adegaonkar, Ratan Singh Chaudhary and Satish Chaturvedi were the chief guests for the event with their precious and valuable words. Student was also felecitied by the hand of guest on the inaugural day with prizes and certificates.
S Padegaonkar shared the information about various opportunities and various challenges being faced by aviation industry in general and MRO at MIHAN Nagpur. He also advised youngster to join air force as well. “ If we have to take our country forward globally, knowledge is must for all’ said Nitin Gadkari while speaking with the students. He also added that student should get quality education as it plays a key role which is essential these days.
M P Singh extended vote of thanks while DR. G D Mehta convenedof the programme. The three day national programme comprised various paper presentation and project innovation where students had exhibited their talent and received overwhelming response overall.
