New Delhi/Nagpur: Congress leader Sunil Kedar approached the Supreme Court regarding the cooperative bank scam case. However, the Supreme Court has refused to intervene. The court has directed the Nagpur District Court to deliver its verdict by September 30.
Adv. Siddharth Shinde commented on the matter, stating that if Sunil Kedar receives a sentence of more than two years, he will be ineligible to contest elections. Shinde emphasized that Kedar has no options left and will only find relief if the Nagpur District Court rules in his favor. Kedar’s fate now hinges on the district court’s decision.
